bump
plz somebody take a look at it
I did a look at Amazing Spider-Man cover galleries from those two years (2008/9) and the only thing I see is #648 that comes close to fitting your criteria. However, there is no reflection, but Spider-Man is swinging with MJ. She does have a really nice smile on the cover.

but here want to see relfection
itmay be homage to something
I can't think of anything that matches your exact criteria. 2008-2009 was right in the thick of "OMD-BND," a period in which Marvel was actively trying to ERASE Spider-man's relationship to Mary Jane, so I don't see any official artwork of the two together during those years. Either you are remembering a piece of fan art, a commissioned piece from a well known artist, or thinking of a different year. (The JMS and Jenkins period had a lot of "Spider-man swinging" covers, as well as "Spidey/MJ" covers around 2003-2005.) It's also possible you are misremembering a reflection of the two.

This reminds me of something from the JMS era maybe....?
Batman - Daredevil
Honestly, the first cover that came to my mind is this, from The Book of Ezekiel (JMS era). Of course, Ezekiel is not MJ

Here's two that I can think of off the top of my head that has a reflection in a window, but there's no MJ swinging with Spidey.
Amazing Spider-Man Family #5
Amazing Spider-Man vol 2 #45
Also this cover for Spider-Girl #76
You’re asking a forum of Spidey experts and none of us can place the cover described in the time period you think it’s from. So it might be a regional cover for an anthology not released in the USA (like the UK has done before), you have the time period mixed up, or the cover plain doesn’t exist.
Maybe it was a fan-made cover? Other than that I have no idea to be honest.
Have you tried the Marvel Comics Database site?
Got the home page for the volume and you can scroll thru the covers.
