I mean, I don't see why comparatively massive superspeed, mysticalish/kinda-divine telepathy eyes, and the Rinnegan's ability to devour souls with a touch (which I think Sasuke had as part of his general suite of eye Jutsu) wouldn't ruin Freddie's night before he can get any of his reality warping in gear.

Given that there's like... a form of upgrade tree system in eye Doujutsu to some degree I don't know if we could grant him this ability just by virtue of having the eye.
I mean, I might be forgetting something, it's been a whole long time since I read Naruto.
