Jean does have a temper and I could see her pushing Scott around during a fight but no to the point you are suggesting

and why would it bother her if he wanted to be alone? we are talking about a woman who in canon pushed him to Emma because it looked like a good idea for them at the time.

Well Jean removed Scotts guilt so he could move on. And then that reality ceased to exist.

HCT as that future was cut away. That Jean it seems went to the White Hot Room and reappeared in What if Vulcan became the Phoenix

She also appeared for a while at the end of AvX and on Phoenix ressurrection it was clear it was the same Jean who stayed in the white hot room, so I think it was just the future with Beast being controlled by Sublime the one that ceased to exist while she keep being around the WHR until she was ressurrected.
