Default When Was Ryuko First Released In Japan?

Titans Comics reprinted the two volumes of Eldo Yoshimizu's Ryuko as part of their Hard Case line in 2019. The artwork looks distinctly 70s, so I wonder if the Manga was published much earlier than 2019?

Did some googling and ran across this French page which (according to google translate) says it began publication in Japan in 2011. Can't really vouch for it, since I've never heard of this series. Looks really stylish though!

Through a plot strewn with flashbacks, Eldo Yoshimizu deals with porous boundaries between good and evil by portraying men and women trying to survive, each with their own vision of justice, in a world ruled by chaos and the confusion.
