Origin Story

I've searched, with no success mind you. I'm looking for the Origin story of one, Killer Croc, AKA Waylan Jones.

ANY HELP IS GREAT. I know about 'TEC #523 and 524, which introduces him to the Bat-Verse, but cannot find his origin.

His pre-COIE origin is in the same story arc that he was introduced in, as well. It's the same arc Jason Todd was introduced too. It came crossing like... four issues, between both Tec and Batman, if memory serves me right. One tec, one batman, one tec, and so on. His origin exposition took like one page or so.

His post-crisis origin story was changed, as far as I recall, and was reintroduced later, with Tim as Robin already. I don't know when it was shown, but I think it was later, later on.
