Supergirl deserves Gail

I feel like that there have been a ton of misfires on Supergirl the last decade or so.

I really wish DC would turn the book over to Gail Simone. He r BOP and BATGIRL turns prove she can write women in the DCU.

Not overly familiar with Simone, beyond hearing nothing but good things about her.

I've wondered if Mariko Tamaki would be a good candidate, too; her writing is usually really good, esp. in the characterizations, and she did do a decent job with Kara in that Being Super miniseries (actually wish that DC would have her make a sequel to that in the YA graphic novel line or something).

I don't care for Supergirl but I'm a fan of Gail so I'd check it out.

While I would be happy to read anything Gail wrote, I feel like she would be a better fit for Power Girl than Supergirl. However...I would not complain if she took the book on!
