Batman decides the only way to end crime is to destroy the multiverse ( and we know he would succeed, because he's Batman). It would be The Final Judgement.

He was close to it, he's Batman after all
but he's no Wonder Woman
Recent Batman/Superman Authority Special also plays with that idea.
This is what OWLMAN tried in Justice League Crisis in Two Earths just to be stopped by batman who send him and his Bomb to one empty earth where he died.

Poor Owlman!
For when my rants on the forums just aren’t enough: https://thevindicativevordan.tumblr.com/
Well, as the Batman vs Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie established, Batman would be 40% less awesome than he is now if he became a bad guy.
Doctor Strange: "You are the right person to replace Logan."
X-23: "I know there are people who disapprove... Guys on the Internet mainly."
(All-New Wolverine #4)
DC has been running stories about this at least since the Earth-3 Owlman in 1966. (There was actually an evil Batman briefly in Batman #2 in 1940.) The Superman-Batman story "Absolute Power" explored this at length (and well). The Batman Who Laughs explored this at excessive length (and, IMO, not very well). Batman was evil while mind controlled in Justice. And I think we could probably find another dozen stories from the Silver Age forward.
My question isn't "What if Batman turned evil?" It's "Will DC stop running stories where Batman turns evil?" It's worn out.
