I need help finding an old Batman book

I’m trying to find a Batman book for my husband. He said when he was around 8 (early 90s) he remembers reading a Batman paperback book, not a graphic novel, where the joker was killing people in a meat grinder then he got sucked in and his head explodes. He said that he’s been looking for this book for years but that’s all he remembers. Does this sound familiar to anyone? I need your help!

Maybe it was from The Further Adventures of The Joker?

Never heard of such a story but wow Joker killing people in a meat grinder and then himself getting grinded sounds pretty extreme for a regular Batman comic.
