If her healing factor is anywhere near Logan level, how is she down for the fight?? Make it make sense Duggan! Please don't start with the shenanigans on this book now after doing an okay job.

She has a healing factor, but she isnt invulnerable. Neither is Logan but he has adamantium laced bones which allows him to take harder hits and get up faster
She's done it before. Reference Disassembled
She also explains that she an control trace metals in your body here
Its canon and has been for decades that she can lift a person up with her powers

Anytime Magneto and Polaris do anything, it can be just "explained" with the Earth's magnetic field lol. I wouldn't worry too much about it!
LMAO. Anyone else would be 100% down for Editor's Notes saying "Some kinda hard whatever? Something body mods?" whenever writers cut corners?
Out of curiosity, how do folks think the vote will be split among the team? I'm actually thinking Laura/Scott against everyone else. Laura's going to be pissed. Scott's still on his Tyke 2.0 kick and there's the probable Vault/X-Force guilt trip. Evan would *want* to support Laura, but he wouldn't want to come off as creeping on/sucking up to her, so he'd dishearteningly pretend to be on Lorna's side. Everyone else would eventually go for some variation of "It was a jerk move, but it worked, let's get back to work."
Anyway. Just throwing it out there, but I can't help but fear this'll be one of the stupidest action sequences in recent memory. The amount of fine control required to efficiently "wield" an unconscious Laura and the ungodly amount of time the Reavers would have to simply stand there and take it just might be a little too much. Oh well, we'll see.
This discussion is weird on 1 half you have people trying to be faux outraged and turn this into some philosophical debate about consent and on the other half you have people saying yhat Lorna can't manipulate someone's body thru trace metals despite evidence to the contrary.
It's comic books ya'll.
It never pays to compare what's in the movies to what's written in the comic books...never.
