I don't think c'baoth is confirmed. Trailer seems to indicate the bearded dark jedi is Baylan.

Yeah, though I'm hoping he's a C'baoth stand in. Either way it's Ray Stevenson so it's going to be fun.

Yeah, even if they change the name the character looks so similar.

It makes me wonder if the girl is a Mara Jade stand-in.

It'd make sense that after seeing the Jedi who survived the Imperial purge we'd see a dark sider/Sith who survived the Rebellion. Mara Jade is one of the most popular characters from the old novels. I can see this being a version/proxy of her, especially if they still plan on having Luke show up occasionally.

And if this is all building towards a big movie then it's hard to believe they won't have Luke show up.

Funnily enough, just last week I just started reading the Thrawn novels for the first time since the 90's.

They've done a pretty good job of setting up a new Mara Jade type character with Sabe(one of Padme's handmaidens) in the Vader comic that I think would work really well in a show or film.

I'm half hoping for some kind of "look here, Mars!" ROME tribute moment with Ray's character, but with a lightsaber.

Despite his denials, Lars Mikkelsen is now confirmed as Thrawn live-action.

He was the voice actor from Rebels right?

    Good. I liked his Thrawn.

David Tennant is also confirmed to be returning as Huyang.

Quite the year for David to be reprising roles he left a decade ago.

Curiously nothing about Anakin in the trailer although it's been confirmed he'll have some role to play either in flashback or maybe a force ghost (or both).

Don't read the comics, but this sounds like....something. I'll have to give it a google. Did Padme have a Force sensitive handmaiden all that time and nobody noticed?

She's not so much Force Sensitive so much as really competent and she hits Vader's sweet spot because she looks so much like Padme.
