Default Any Mutants with Mental Healths Problem

Does any mutants have to deal with the mental health problem. I am pretty sure most of them do especially for the mutants who suffers "PSTD" due to the trauma experience, seeing the loved one they die or some of them like Rachel Summers who had gone through the worst back in her own earth. Are there any mutants there still suffering?

The big answer here is Legion who suffers from Disassociated Identity Disorder.

    Lorna/Polaris has a bipolar disorder.

I suppose, Magneto also has a history of mental health issues.

In Mystique's case it was revealed that her powers have influenced her mental health. But Psylocke fixed her.

Pretty sure all the X-men have some as you mentioned

Kitty has the fear of space she overcame

Logan has the PTSD and memory problems

Scott has an inferiority complex(I think)

    Xavier has a god complex

Not sure if the last 2 count though

Julio "Rictor" Richter has episodes of severe depression which is canon.
When he was a teenager, and after his rescue by the original X-Factor, he preferred suicide over recapture by The Right.
Peter David's X-Factor #1 (2006) centered on his failed suicide attempt after he'd been depowered by the Scarlet Witch.
In X-Factor #38, he tried to go the suicide-by-cop route which resulted in Val Cooper being shot by a ricochet.
He was seriously depressed when Apocalypse found him in his apartment in Excalibur #3.

A one-on-one meeting with Doc Sampson (X-Factor #13) provided great insight into his troubled mindset.

I would assume Illyana would have mental health issues based on abduction and the trauma of her childhood.

The 3 most known are Legion, Aurora and Polaris to me. The rest have just character issues, like a good complex or smal issues like memory loss.

Chamber has severe depression, for good reasons. He even managed to defeat a despair demon because he had delt with those feelings daily so it's powers didn't affect him as much as the others. Probably has some form of trauma from having to kill Sublime in cold blood and what the weapon x program made him do. And, possibly has many issues regarding having his body autonomy played with. From blowing his own body up, to blowing himself up completely, creating new body for a second, then blowing his face up again. Getting a new face and chest, but he has to kill for it. To blowing up again and being forced into a new body that looks like Apocalypse, to which he almost committed suicide. To loosing that and getting his old body back. That's got to be hard to deal with.

Many characters have built in powers influence their mental health clauses. Wanda reality warping level powers and schizophrenia like depictions. Lorna and Magneto its also supposed to be about power overuse. It was derived from Claremont trying to explain away Silver Age Magneto. But, they don't have real world medical conditions.

It was and is in the end a way to explain away past writing depictions though not a very good one.

All X-men should suffer from PTSD considering all their battles and losses…

Power can save people but also hurt them… or fail to save them.

And there’s also the fact that, except few mutants, everyone has a talent that is unique
and the consequences of it cannot be shared by peers.

But all of that shows that, for an author that is talented, there’s plenty of raw material for
    wonderful stories…
“Strength is the lot of but a few privileged men; but austere perseverance, harsh and continuous, may be employed by the smallest of us and rarely fails of its purpose, for its silent power grows irresistibly greater with time.” Goethe
