I'm not sure if this counts, since I'm not native to English definitions, but I think Laura Kinney/X-23 might count.
She has long history of: PTSD, self harm and depression - due to her childhood in Facility and then being sexually abused as a kid.

Oh I definitely would classify her as having ptsd. PTSD doesnt always look negative, sometimes it just when you make decisions about things that stem from the traumatic event. For instance a person who was at a bank when it got robbed, a classic type of ptsd and great illustration that so many shows have used it. The person with ptsd might be perfectly fine and lead a normal life from that moment on, but never go back to bank or the neighborhood it is in. Some mental issues dont affect the whole life but when your in certain situations only. And I would say Laura makes most of her decisions, both good and bad, based on her traumatic past.
