We've got Vixen, a new JLQ story, Firestorm is finally in something new (and is this going to be the same Killer Frost from Orlando's JLA?), Blue Snowman, and Wally (?) and Captain Cold.

Did Bendis create a new Polar Boy or is this going to be the good version?

I'm curious if this is set in the Legion timeline.

Not sure if it was under Bendis supervison, but this Polar boy is set in the Bendisverse. (Or depressoverse if you like).

I've been away from DC Comics for way too long (with no regrets). Except for Paul Dini, I've never heard of any of those writers.

DC usually uses these anthologies to try out new writers. I know (or remember?) only Dini as well.
