Spencer and Esme both supposed to be dead, but there were no bodies so both can return. Avery Pohl is no longer under contract but can come back as a recurring player. Nicolas Chavez is supposed to be returning after his break but I have heard rumors he won't.

Fans weren’t the only ones surprised when news came that Olivia Jerome had been attacked and killed in prison on GENERAL HOSPITAL — so was her portrayer, Tonja Walker! “Looks like I died,” she posted to X/Twitter after the episode aired. “Oh, what a rip! I wish we could have actually shot some great story but again, another missed opportunity… unless it’s not. I guess you never know. It wouldn’t be the first time.”

The new Jagger/John isn't working for me. He looks nothing like Stone or the previous actor and his personality has completely changed. Plus, no one Jagger was all that close to are still on the show.

It's like they created a character to fulfill a storyline and said "hey, let's make him Jagger so he will automatically hate Sonny."
