The evidence presented by Maggie that Esme is Ryan’s father is really weak. Dante only said that Esme believes that Ryan is her father and he seems skeptical. Kevin could still be the father, or someone else. This show likes misdirection, so this might happen.

I will predict that Ryan is going to deliver the baby and then run away with it. The child will be hidden for several years. Neither Esme or Spencer are ready to raise a baby.

We will get one of 2 tried and true soap opera stories - 1 Esme delivers the baby in the woods of Spoon Island and Ryan takes the baby and runs away, or the heroes arrive just in time, save the baby and Ryan falls in the harbor but his body isn't found. Also rumors of at least 1 death out of the events, maybe 2 - Heather and Austin? Don't see them killing off Felicia, Ava, or Esme.

Really enjoying all this fallout, especially since it involves Laura, Mac, Felicia, Kevin, and Ava.

That makes sense, alos if Austin is one who dies, then the one person who knows what Ava did is gone.

Mikkos Cassadine (one real plot, but it was so memorable they rip it off a few times every decade), Helena Cassadine, Stavros Cassadine, Victor Cassadine, Frank Smith, Cesar Faison, Ryan Chamberlain, Heather Webber, Alcazar (specifically Luis)... those are the biggest to me. Kinda depends on what interests you more. Ryan Chamberlain as a total loan killer has a bit of a unique spot as a sort of psychological nut who can still manipulate and blend in. Also the stakes are usually personal with him. With the Cassadine's it's typically some bigger grand scheme for power. The mobsters are usually business driven. I think Ryan is crazy fun as a villain.

Jake died on a hospital table and had his organs removed. They could literally throw someone into a woodchipper, and I'd expect them to comeback.
