This one requires folks to know their landmarks... in the background, that's London Bridge and therefore the river running under it is the Thames.

Dang it all, there goes my idea. I wonder if Rex the Wonder Dog has a river cover.
I think restorative nostalgia is the number one issue with comic book fans.
A fine distinction between two types of Nostalgia:

Reflective Nostalgia allows us to savor our memories but accepts that they are in the past
Restorative Nostalgia pushes back against the here and now, keeping us stuck trying to relive our glory days.

I come from down in the valley
    Where, mister, when you're young
They bring you up to do like your daddy done
Me and Mary we met in high school
    When she was just seventeen
We drive out of this valley
Down to where the fields were green
We'd go down to the river
And into the river we'd dive
Oh, down to the river we'd ride

Left a good job in the city,
Workin' for the man ev'ry night and day,
And I never lost one minute of sleepin',
Worryin' 'bout the way things might have been.

    Big wheel keep on turnin',
    Proud Mary keep on burnin',
Rollin', rollin', rollin' on the river.
