another team i would pick would be Val, Franklin, Leech, Artie. I feel if we were doing a true successor to the FF with mutants and mutant lite characters they would hold so much.

Put a personal FANTASTIC FOUR would be Jean/Scott/Tchalla/Storm and it is known i am no tchalla/storm fan but the idea of those double dates and adventures set my mind on fire.

edit: and i know Forge as a mutant and with the history would be a better pick on paper but to me and for me, the moving away from Storm and trying to imply Jean said something when all she did was be a good friend and not say anything still doesn't sit well with me. and the "i was going to say yes from." from Storm. I would rather forge had made designs to fight against storm power but taking away her agency but not asking her, her feelings is a hard go back for me.
