This Shuri is clearly a blend of the Coats and MCU Shuri
Pacing is good.
Action is decent but could be more fleshed out.
Ninja assassins look cool
TChalla is clearly not the Coats version and is emotionally mature
Dislikes:
All these random characters speaking to TChalla anywhich way and not even calling him King. But maybe that's by Design since these are all his friends I guess
The skill level of all of these assassins seems to be all over the place. TChalla struggling w just one feels like a red flag but I dont have a clue how powerful that one was.
Yeah I’m definitely thinking the ringleader is Hunter. It has to be.
T'Challa
A.K.A. The Black Panther
King of Wakanda
King of the Dead and The Champion of Bast
Two-Time Time Magazine "Person Of The Year"
Six-Time People Magazine "Sexiest Man Alive"
I hope so. He's the only person that makes sense. And him being a straight-up villain with this assassin crew is a very good take. That leaves the Hatut to be led the other guy
After a second reading this issue is definitely better than I first thought. Cabal does a good job depicting the transitions in the fighting from panel to panel. I just need to know how strong the Assassins are and if some are much stronger than others

I really enjoyed the second issue. Ridley is keeping my interest.
I don't know why killmonger would want to do this from a storytelling standpoint. His goal is world domination so if he were to become king somehow having these agents in place would be a good tool to use as he would be in command of them.
Hunter on the other hand has an axe to grind with this particular issue. He was the leader of the secret police so a mission like this would have been right up his alley placing agents in other parts of the world to protect wakanda. His methods were rejected because they were so harsh so maybe he's exposing the hypocrisy of it by killing these dangerous agents. Plus he loves to do thing that poke at T'Challa rather than outright attack him
I liked the part about T'Challa not trusting but making him think Avengers could be behind the attacks just makes him look stupid.

It's just the second issue, but if it continues like this, it can be the best run of Black Panther since Priest.
this is the only criticism I have about this issue: after saving the world for the 150th time with the avengers, he should know that they are not the type to send anonymous killers to accomplish a mission. Even the Illuminati were not that brutal.I liked the part about T'Challa not trusting but making him think Avengers could be behind the attacks just makes him look stupid.

I try to improve my english, feel free to correct me by DM if you see some mistakes !
Still enjoying it. Some of the action scenes were stiffer than I’d like, but I’m enjoying how calm and collected T’Challa is in this series. That part about how he’s a king and he can’t afford to waste time on regrets, merely live with the consequences was very good.
