I doubt Shadow WAR would be confined to Detective Comics if the writer of the main Batman title is involved.

"Shadows of the Bat" is the one in Detective Comics.

Wasn't it pretty much confirmed that event takes over only Batman, Robin and Deathstorke Inc? Especially since all three series have one writer. I really doubt anyone else involved.

Williamson frequently mentions keeping in touch with Taylor to make sure their plans line up - and it would make sense for one or both of the characters he writes to be a part of this kind of thing.

Not that Nightwing needs another event to tie into.

Or it could be like back during Zero Year, where there was one month when other books tied in to the event by telling a story of where their characters were during that time, but weren't directly involved with Snyder's story.
(I think back then DC was saying it was an option for other writers to get involved?)

This is the title of a generic military sci-fi novel you'd buy at an airport that has Tom Clancy's name on it but isn't actually written by him.

    Or of a good pre-Hawkworld Katar-Hol mini-series.

I guess they're really going to try and make the League of Shadows more common in the comics.

Marvel are starting to repeat themselves a bit, don't you think?

heheh, glad to see I'm not alone.

I personally have not hated Joker War or Fear State, so I don't hate the idea of another event, but I also kinda wish there was a year where Batman solved a case every issue of the main title, just a whole year of one and dones.

Personally I think the audience needs a break on huge storylines, but I know that doesn't sell comics, though it feels like Fear State was creatively spent.
