I see that Jean Grey is once again the blueprint for a Wanda story. Resurrecting yourself from pure thought is Phoenix 101.

The eternals, Apocalypse, Selene, among a number of others have resurrected themselves from pure thought. Even Elizabeth Braddock has.

But I don’t think her creating three monsters that presumably killed more mutants is the best way to start building trust

It might be what they consider the Nexus Being of 616 to be. I remember an old story that said if a Nexus Being of that world died, the world would fall to ruin. It might be the reference they are making.

To be fair, what Billy was saying/Quicksilver apparently says, ended up being exactly what Wanda needed to hear in order to fix things. So that would mean Billy & Pietro were right.

They were right and her brother was a great motivator for her as she was for him. It's weird to interpret it as something negative. Especially since the book itself has the boys backing Wanda too and her standing with them.
