    I don't really see him surviving attacks by Gotenks. But while he likely doesn't have the raw strength to do any damage the old fashion way, his magic could be something to rely on and harm Gotenks.

    Speed shouldn't be too far apart to matter here imo.

    Gotenks is inventive with his abilities. Though his arrogance could very well do him in.

    CM is pretty screwed against a dude who accounted himself pretty well against Buu. CM would have issues with Namek-era Frieza, much less Buu.
