Make a roster for a DC Fighterz game

So I recently watched a video speculating on one a roster could be for a One Piece Game in the vein of Dragonball Fighterz. And I thought it'd be a fun exercise to do the same for DC.

Some thoughts on how my roster would play, if I have any

Base Roster
1.Superman's thing is saving people, so his assists would be top tier.
2. He'd be an all-rounder with a lot of tricks to take advantage of the other character's weaknesses
3. A strong grappling focused character
4. Barry would be a combo fiend, with the fastest natural speed and frame data in the game, but outside of phasing and tornados wouldn't have as many fancy tricks.
5. A tank focused characters will simple but effective contructs
6. An easy to use all-rounder, beginner friendly
7.
8. Zoner with a lot of tricks
9. Would play very similar to the DBZ characters in Fighterz, lots of energy blasts and such.
10. Combination Zoner and Grappler
11. Duo character with different stranges based on whose in the lead
12. A character who is designed to synergize incredibly well with the Assist system

1. Wally's moveset would be less combo focused and instead be built more on speed force manipulation, including specials that let him surprass Barry's speed.
2. Cass's moveset would be a simple, no-nonsense build which allows for maximum success, so long as you can successfully read the opponent's moves

The idea for this is that it plays like Dragonball Fighterz. So Alt Skins would require more work than they do in Smash because of the Cinematic presentation

DC Comics presents: 52 Chambers

the premise of the game is to highlight the warriors/martial artists from across the DC universe and some heroes with powers who also have martial arts in their repertoire. I want to be semi open world with the format switching to something akin of Jump Stars or the Naruto games (since DBZ games have the added dimension of flight/aerial combat) during combat. the campaign/story mode would follow the the O-Trio (Lady Shiva, Bronze Tiger, and a revamped Richard Dragon), and the story is essentially they team up with The Hawks and basically fight their way across DC landscape to unlock the ancient secrets of "The 52 Chambers" on their quest to become the greatest martial arts masters in DC history. cheesy, I know, but I'm aiming for a more simplistic kung fu flick/shonen style story that keeps the focus more on the fighting through the lens of the DC universe and less on the superheroics. the mains moveset, gear and abilities can be customized to fit your fighting style as you progress. the Hawks also get a customization option for their race or incarnations. every character has basic attacks, distance attacks, throws, 3 supers, 1 ultimate, and a awakened mode; where they have access to their powers or unique attributes from the comics for more destructive attacks. awakening also gives them altered supers and ultimates.
