    Point #2 doesn't just apply to Spider-Man. It's just that Spider-Man is the most obvious example since he has both an MCU version and a non-MCU version. And some people still reflexively assume that MCU Spidey is truer to the comics than Tobey or Andrew's Spideys. (It died out a bit since NWH, but it's still a pervasive belief among many). So it's a perfect example of the problem I'm talking about.

    Something tells me the cliffhanger of this movie will be even bigger than "Avengers: Infinity War", making VERY difficult to hold until the next part comes out.
