And Purple Man is known mostly for sexual abuse... it's not as if his sexual crimes are a short mention in some obscure issue... it's kind of his thing.

Though admittedly the way fisk easily shrugged off his control i doubt even if he were a mutant Purple man would want to be on krakoa where there are numerous telepath and empath that are his better *looking at you emplate.* So it could be fun to see him get the cortez treatment but far worse. There are just certain characters screaming for a good walk of shame.

For what is worth according to the wiki (and his first appearance back in Daredevil #4) he is a human mutate who got his power when he got drenched in a nerve gas
