Devastating news.

Author of the Instant New York Times bestselling novel, The Prophets, from G.P. Putnman's Sons.
His NTT and later WW run changed my life and inspired me both as an artist and as a writer.
I will miss him greatly. This is such a devastating loss. I hope his work is honored and remembered for years to come.
Having had a family member who passed from pancreatic cancer, I can only wish as comfortable a final few months for him and his family as possible.
One of the true few who did right by Wonder Woman.
Sixty-seven is so young. Hoping for a miracle!
“You see…the rest of them are soldiers. But [Wonder Woman] is an artist.”
I only support the made of clay origin.
What a beautiful, dignified response to a terrible scenario. I wish it didn't happen to him but what an inspiring mindset.
"They can be a great people Kal-El, they wish to be. They only lack the light to show the way. For this reason above all, their capacity for good, I have sent them you. My only son." - Jor-El
Damn what a blow. I hope his final days are good ones.

Sad to hear this. He is the very best and influential creator
This is a really sad news. His WW run made me love the character and go back reading even the pre Crisis stories available.
This is a gut-punch .
I honestly don't know what to say other than to express my condolences to George Perez and his family and wishing them the best in such a difficult situation. The man is an utter legend in terms of his contributions to the medium and an unparalleled artist and creator, and even with such grim prospects remains such a kind and dignified man. I hope he is able to live his remaining life with his loved ones as comfortably and happy as possible.
Searched his hashtag on twitter and tears started flowing while looking at all his great art and reading the condolences. This tragic news sucks so hard. My father died of the same type on cancer when I was two.
Phil drawn him
