    Agreed!

Would have been so nice for there to have been an event to honor him. So few creators get a proper "retirement party". They really should have snuck him into WW84.

With new Teen Titans Academy member Chupacabra, Diego Pérez, named in honour of George Pérez, meets up with a relative of his at a diner, to talk about everything that's been going down. And he's rather pleased to see him.

Author of the Instant New York Times bestselling novel, The Prophets, from G.P. Putnman's Sons.

I get the impression from the latest update that George isn't long for this world. They say he's resting comfortably and not taking calls or visitors.

As hard as this is, it's pretty amazing they've kept us updated as they have. Acceptance takes time.

This is true. George and his family have been so gracious keeping us, his fans, updated on his status. They understand how much he means to his fans as well as how much his fans mean to him.

DC's Perez tribute being in June has given me the impression they assume (or we're told) June might be it.

My sadness has no limits, he was a source of inspiration for me, he has marked my life through his art and his Diana, my favorite of all times.
