Not coordinators. The only thing they have over normal people is enhanced reaction speed, and even then there is nothing to suggest they are faster than the super soldiers in question, while neither are as fast as a CBPH.

Super soldier's are still vastly stronger, tougher, and better fighters than the lanky coordinators in question.

Oh yeah, they are definitely as fast as the soldiers in question, but that's about it.

I don't think they are any stronger than the average person though.

they were supposed to be lb for lb stronger than a normal person and I vaguely remember a scene or two that had a coordinator putting down a normal in hth, been a long time since I watched the SEED series though and they weren't remotely in the same ballpark as MU peak human

That was due to their enhanced reaction speed, they are faster, so they can outmaneuver normies easily.
