Reputations are on the line, and with standard knowledge, both of them are informed of the worst their opponent has - apocryphally - done.

Mr. Satan gets a microphone; King gets a megaphone.





...effectively, they stand and talk while thousands expect something sick to happen.

In a battle of rhetorical chicken, who can make the other back down first?

It's an interesting comparison since Mr. Satan works a lot harder to uphold his reputation and has some actual skill to back it up, to a minor degree, while King just always ends where the action is has insane luck in surviving in ways that make him look insanely cool while also having a naturally intimidating presence and appearance that just convinces people that he's a badass without putting in any kind of work.

Their banter would be exceptionally entertaining.
