I’d say unarmed he clears till the shark for sure.

Cap’s no slouch underwater as seen by out-swimming a submersible and punching through its likely reinforced glass while submerged, but I’m not sure he can handle a bloodlusted Great White. Seems to me like the shark has a serious advantage in that terrain.

Pretty sure he needs the shield from giraffe on.

Pretty sure with his strength and agility (i.e. kicking trucks hard enough to send people on the opposite side flying, cutting through tank doors, plus general aim-dodging, air-flipping crazyness) he clears everything, except possibly for the shark and the Indominus Rex.

There is no way to know the real-world capabilities of a T-Rex. If its fictional Jurassic Park/World Rexy (which no-sells things no creature that size should), he loses as well. But in all likelihood based on real-world capabilities of large animals, he would be able to kill a real life one also.

With his ridiculous strength, he's capable of punching right through the skull of any animal here. And he's got massively better reactions and obviously more skill.

Against even a massive great white, punch the thing in the gills or flip it over and it's finished. And Cap's more than strong and quick enough to do those things.

Against a giraffe, he can judo the leg if it tries to kick him, he's more than strong enough to break the leg casually. Then it's over.

Against the elephant, it has to charge to attack, and his significantly better training an mobility mean that he's going to wind up on it's back, where he's going to just smash the skull or rip out the spine.

Against T-Rex, again, he's faster and definitely strong enough to crack the skull once he's on the back of the thing. He obviously can't afford to tank a bite, but that applies to the shark as well.

Indo... eh, it's more agile, more flexible, stronger and more dangerous than the T-rex.

Yeah, the real t-rex was basically a predator the size of an elephant. It wouldn't have anywhere near the speed and agility that movie t-rex's are usually given. Most likely the only thing it could do quickly was thrust its jaws forward, since it has the body design of a pecking bird combined with a huge tail that would have provided both additional thrust and a counter-balance to keep it from toppling over after thrusting forward its jaws.

The real t-rex probably had an incredibly simple strategy because of how mechanical animals tend to move at huge sizes. Charge forward, use its pecking bird designed body and huge tail to thrust forward, and take a huge bite out of the equally large animals it hunted.

It was probably quite poor at hunting small, agile animals, and would have a very hard time hitting Rogers even if he didn't have the ability to hurt it back. And Rogers most certainly has the ability to hurt it back.
