    Mega Man is not a cyborg. His origin is the same as Astro Boy.

    I think you could always make a version of Mega Man that is a humanoid Cyborg.

    It's as valid as the time he was a computer AI (Battle Network) or a living radio wave alien (Star force).

    I can see legends work in live action but definitely not classic
