Alright, Loki is pretty beastly, so let's take it up a notch.
Loki faces of against, Peter 1 ,2 and 3. multiple fight variations..(get it?)
Fight 1: Loki vs the 3 spider-men all in cloth
Fight 2: Loki vs the 3 but Tom has his iron spider-suit
Fight 3: Loki vs the 3, but the spider-bro's get 1 day prep time in the stark lab to come up with additional gadgets.
Fight 4: same as fight 3 but Sylvie is here to assist Loki.

They beat the heck out of him. Loki's only real chance is to use illusions, and Tom should be able to hit him blind (possibly Toby as well, I don't knew enough about Garfield), which will open him up for the other two.

Yeah, illusions won't help against at least Tom and Toby. Magic is Loki's only hope, but he doesn't have many feats of anything more than illusions and firing a magic blast once in Loko, which they'll dodge anyway

3 on 1 is just too much for Loki here.
In the 4th fight, Sylvie might swing the difference. First off, she can possess with a touch, and control of one of the Spider Men will likely let that one straight up disable another Spidey by sneak attack.
