They have so many of these things, which is good for showing how rampant superpowered crime is in the Marvel Universe, but you'd think they'd try to make a more effective one down the line. That said, Fisk's actions in trying to assert dominance over "his city" blowing up in his face in the finale of Devil's Reign should be worth the price of admission, even with all the collateral damage that'll most likely ensue. Will he end up resigning in disgrace as J. Jonah Jameson did at the end/epilogue of Superior Spider-Man spoilers:

or Norman Osborn at the end of the first Insomniac Games' Spider-Man?

Which just gives the actual villains a freer hand to commit crimes and wreak havoc, so it's a wonder they get stopped at all.
