But in another reality things take a different turn, as one Scott Calvin is among the half of humanity that was randomly Snapped. Because of this when Thanos uses the Space Stone to escape from Thor's wrath instead of the Garden he finds himself at the North Pole, where he then feels an irresistible impulse which drives him to don an empty set of clothes lying at his feet. He then discovers that since he killed Scott Calvin the mantle the man bore now passed onto him, as have the duties which come with it.
So how does Thanos cope with being forced to help a horde of elves give toys to good children instead of being able to rest and watch the sun rise on a grateful universe? How long can he avoid the wrath of the Avengers while traveling around the world one night a year as part of his duties? And will the Mad Titan be able to keep his original perspective or will he slowly succumb to the Christmas spirit?
