I am a Marvel fan preferably cosmic storylines, especially Thanos or Dark Phoenix related, when both the Avengers and the X-Men are involved count me in, loved the original Uncanny Avengers series.
Not a fan of any of the new characters.

I just mentioned three black males who are headlining their own books who aren’t in the X-franchise. Not trying to pick a fight here, just pointing that out to you in case you were unaware.
Clearly you are and for some reason they don’t count or aren’t enough to satisfy your complaint about there being no black males starring in Marvel comics. Not sure which it is, but just offering up some examples for you for your consideration. It’s all good.

“Not as good as I once was… but I’m as good, once, as I ever was.”
There's also Blade and the most recent Ghost Rider who last I heard are on the Avengers team still I think

Pretty sure they're meant to be the people to be sacrificed. Which kinda goes in line with Gillen's run. Gillen's entire first run was all around the pure gut punch that was the death of one 13 year old boy as a result of the eternal protocols
“Strength is the lot of but a few privileged men; but austere perseverance, harsh and continuous, may be employed by the smallest of us and rarely fails of its purpose, for its silent power grows irresistibly greater with time.” Goethe
