It's super-annoying to me, as a long-time Eternals fan, since the Eternals used to *not die all the time,* and were almost entirely invulnerable, with it taking a special Deviant machine that broke down their willpower (which held their bodies together under the face of nearly any amount of destructive force) and allowed them to be killed. It was kind of a huge deal when something killed an Eternal, and things that *appeared* to kill them (like Blastarr's energy blasts) just dispersed their molecules for a short time, until they literally pulled themselves back together and reassembled their own bodies, never actually 'dying.'

And now they die like wheat. Friggin' knives can cut them. Much like Wolverine, who seems to just get messed up in every single fight, because we know he'll 'get better' (despite fighters who are many times less experienced or skilled than him wading into the exact same fights and mysteriously *not* getting all cut up, almost like Wolverine is actually the *worst* at 'what he does...'), it seems like this whole Eternals resurrection crap has resulted in them just dying like flies.

I just can't take this whole new generation of replaceable temporary Eternals seriously. They kind of suck compared to the actually eternal Eternals.

Marvel Comic Books should simply stay away from the movie related garbage. Pure and simple.

Just want to say ...this is the longest, most tedious, dumbest "24 hrs" I've ever lived.

This is an overestimation of how much death there has been in the Eternals series recently, lol. Thanos killed 4-6 Eternals, most of whom were background characters. Ikaris died saving the world. And one of the Hex died in Judgement Day #2. Can you show me in what books they died like flies?

Here in Brazil, that's what I say every election day. And somehow, it always gets worse.

If my calendar is correct, part 4 is next week and part 5 is immediately the week after? I just checked Marvel.com and it says the same thing. That'd be great if so. Perhaps things will really ramp up and we launch into Act III.

For me there's no salvaging this event, I just want it over with ASAP.

I'm impatiently waiting for November when I can get back to my regularly scheduled programmes.

Some stuff happens in the main book but a lot of what happens gets fleshed out/recapped/rehashed in a couple of other books that are direct tie-ins but the others are "tie-ins" in name only because Zombie Celestial gets a page to make some asinine judgements while the unrelated story goes on...and we are half-way through yet we are left still wondering what the fuck does any of this mean?

Loving this event so far. Though I would have loved to learn more about the Deviants and more than the 3 characters we have seen so far.

The Hex give me a king of War of Worlds feeling. Though I need to see more of their powers in action.

Hope you get rid off Bolsonaro. Greets!

Im starting to feel this event could be shorter. Much shorter.

Also Druig went for a victory a condemmed the world. Hope the mutants capitalize that.

Speaking of the Hex, these pages from Death to the Mutants #2 were available on the Marvel app. Is Memotaur browsing message boards?

If anyone read the issue and would like to share, I'm curious about this.
