Storm is of no consequence in his IXM story. It would be best if he left her development and direction to those who actually care about the character.

Just read Gambit # 3. Solid read. This was a really good comic week, took me four days to get through it all. Lol. It was nice. Have to say i can see what some Gambit fans say about him not driving the story but i think at this point no one is driving the story and i have to think maybe we are just getting used to being moved in a direction rather than the story speaking for itself. This reads like a story being told and while since Gambit is the title i can understand the need for more motivation and more character building on his part. though he is the predominant force in the story the snippets Ro is getting is truly fleshing out her character even more where as Gambit's moments are telling you once again who he is and what makes him an amazing character. I really wanted to give this 5 stars but i couldn't because the transition to what Ororo was doing when she was about to get shot was just to jarring for me that despite the captions i didn't really get it. Like could they see her astral form and what exactly didn't they believe. Maybe it was the layout and the action should not have been in the center but it really threw me for a loop. lol
The art was great and really looking forward to the next issue. My fave pages from an art and action standpoint.

Ororo's Ancestor was THE first Human to ever wield the Eye of Armagotto. I'm not saying I would want it part of her arsenal but i would love to see it returned to the bloodline.
