listen the only reason I'm not too concerned is that this is an alternate timelinr but unfortunately this does give insight into what the current writers want to take her. its not elemental, its not goddess.. its brown-eyed shriveled and ripe prune.

Does it really tho? It is an alternate timeline. Technically it should give us no more insight than where Chris Claremont had her in X-Men:The End. Which was arguably worse considering it was her own powers that screwed her over.

At least here she looks mostly functional.

The Red Diamond Empire was mentioned in Issue 2 of solicitations, so we are on the right time line and a storm system is likely to occur.

Well, KG actually mentioned that heroes are affected when they get through SoS.I guess it's possible that Storm remembers everything that happened in the SoS timeline.

If Destiny's visions in her IMX issue was about Sinister creating this AU diarrhoea, then The Storm System should be in the 3rd issue 1000 years into that AU future.

I will forever love the Black Vortex Storm just because of how destructive it seemed to be lol. Just casually destroying a whole planet for "reasons".

But yeah, I'm hopeful we'll get it but bottom line I explicitly trust Ewing to do right by her in both powers and character.

The Storm System could be another event. I don't think we'll know more until Storm pov.

Yeah, Vulcan is just the final boss of the first red arc. Storm doesn't need to show her ultimate cards yet.
