Honestly? I'm fine with this. As long as he is still in the greater MU and is written like JA has been writing him, I am 100% okay with this. Even avengers tech on, and mech Avengers had good showings of T'Challa, minus the injection of Shuri for no reason.

Hopefully T'Challa doesn't move out of the main title AND appears on this new one as well as his Solo. More T'Challa is better than none, especially if he ain't showing up in the MCU.

Still wish they would give him the accent's on his mask atleast. the necklace, gauntlets and shin guards would be a bonus

Would this series be considered canon though? Sounds like they’re incorporating future characters and situations in the series.

I wouldn't say he is almost out of the frame, he's the 3rd most prominent person in the frame behind spiderman and slightly behind Cap... Hell that's better than blades position in that cover...

This looks more like what I want out of an Avengers book than anything I've seen in the last decade ...if not longer.

Heroes stacked in order of popularity, Spider Man first, Cap second, BP third and Blade not even in the picture, lol.

Indeed and cosigned.....on top of that, BP is being super awesome in the Avengers so much so that BP in the solos ( from TNC and Ridley) are rubbish by comparison.

I imagine one of those spinning wheel things with these labels:

• Killmonger returns.
• Klaw returns.
• Killmonger AND Klaw return.
• Wakanda gets invaded.
• Wakanda gets destroyed.
• Wakanda has a civil war.
• And, of course Storm & T'Challa reconcile. Again. Temporarily.

Rinse and repeat again and again and AGAIN.....it's painfully tedious and horribly tiresome and boring.

For goodness sake why can't Marvel give other BP solos like BP vs Marvel Zombies or BP kills Marvel Universe, etc..... Punisher and Deadpool gets those all the time.

That sweet Hudlin BP annual.....give us a prequel series for that epic story.

Dear Lord! Are you serious? This is shaping up to be a very pedestrian arc. Around these parts it still counts as a glow up from Coates, but geez. Faction of his kingdom turns against him....something, something he got fight his own people to restore the kingdom. Are there any writers that can really bring it with fantasy and action?

So far....in my opinion, so far...Ridley Tchalla is still TNC/ Tcoates Tchalla as per the current Ridley BP issues released.

I'm not sure that's the problem.

I think it's more that the story he wants to tell requires T'Challa to look ineffective.

Even if he reveals T'Challa has figured it all out and is three steps ahead of everyone while single-handedly battling a dozen enemies, it feels unearned, because we've had 4 issues of "Casting Shade on Black Panther".
