As far as I can tell sales are either decent or okay compared to what other titles this book is doing better than. I have to find that link again.

Ridley keeps the book on shelves for trades and the name going when he is doing other non comic projects.

At this point this is about keeping the Panther (T'Challa) name out there before and during that movie.
I don't understand why they don't just have a second on going, like Marvel knights series. The last one we got was pretty good and T'Challa was a badass

And his characterization is so thin, it'll give you paper cuts.

And colluding with white dictators is an extreme exaggeration of the hero willing to take dubious methods. Sure T'Challa can go far in saving the day but the guy still has his standards. You'd never see Black Bolt or Namor go this low.
Black Bolt maybe, but Namor is another question.

    And then there’s still this

After how Ridley's been portraying him I'm not looking forward to him fighting Steve. And I forgot the Doras are going to turn on him again.

I know. TChalla will probably scratch at him a few times. A few lights will show up on his suit, and then he’ll get his ass kicked. No energy daggers, no force push, and little to no blatant fighting prowess.

worse he will get SYMPATHY because atlanteans we're killed by Wakandans! (Even though Namor started the fight and is just salty that it was ended by Wakanda) but we won't talk about that side. T'Challa and Wakanda are bullies and a**holes lol

So T'Challa is going to get punked across two books now? He already is getting the business in his own book, no way they are going to let him get anything on CAPTAIN AMERICA THE MOST AWESOME HERO EVER... JA who was writing the best T'Challa we have seen on years had him on the losing end against Cap in the Phoenix tournament, and JA likes T'Challa...
Tochi has already shown us what he thinks of him... This sucks why does being a BP fan gotta be so frustrating all the time? Can we get SOMEONE in here that actually likes T'Challa please?

In the Phoenix tournament I pretty much saw it as a draw. Maybe you remember better than I do. Nobody had a clear advantage right?

Definitely feels like Sam's book is going to wrap up the current arc if the ending of the last issue is any indication. If a non BP book wraps up Ridley's arc that's just terrible writing. Should be at least 12 issues and never strayed from the original premise of T'Challa hunting down assassins. If T'Challa jobs against Sam the only book I'm sticking with is Moon Knight until JA puts T'Challa back in the Avengers since T'Challa can't get respect in his own or other books.
