Been sitting on #MarvelStudios coming to
@Comic_Con
for over a month. Panel is Saturday night in Hall H. Heard they were going big and then heard they’re just bringing one movie. If it’s one movie I’ll wager it’s #BlackPantherWakandaForever. Not sure what they actually decided.
From Wakanda Forever to T'Challa never
How exciting
I'm just saying again...
if you buy a ticket out of curiosity, it is supporting their decision.
If you buy a cool WF lego set... it is supporting their decision.
If you buy a tshirt... it is supporting their decision.
If you really can't stop yourself, at least just wait for D+ release. The wait isn't even that long anymore.
If you think it is all hopeless anyway and you might as well see it because "everyone else will" that is fine... but then don't complain about the lack of recast and such lol.

T'Challa
A.K.A. The Black Panther
King of Wakanda
King of the Dead and The Champion of Bast
Two-Time Time Magazine "Person Of The Year"
Six-Time People Magazine "Sexiest Man Alive"
Although the number of people who want a recast has grown immensely, it’s still funny to see MCU fans geeking out over FF, doom and x men and how they have to get them perfect but BP fans need to get over it and support wakanda forever
2 AU BPs in Spider-Man 2099 and avengers mech for next week
I really wish the #RecastTChalla movement had the strength in numbers to go to Comic Con. Have posters/flyers/a chant ready to be as loud as possible when they take the stage for that movie.
Then do the same at D23.
Then do the same Disney Day (although thats probably not open to the public?)
Then do the same when they have their red carpet premiere.
This would lead to more media coverage and imagine if someone just documented fan reactions to this.
My funds arent right to do all of that. However, its possible I could do one of those events.
That would be a way to create real momentum and real impact on Marvel.
I would want Feige to feel like Ross getting cut off by M'Baku every time he talks.
I would want Coogler with the pressure of looking directly into a crowd that has people YELLING Recast TChalla at him. Someone asking real questions like what did they think of Boseman's brother saying Chad would have wanted the role to continue.
Real strength in numbers. The problem is there are gonna be way more supporters just happy to be there and get whatever.
Just posting for reference. However, when Coogler is doing his press run. Are they gonna ask him the tough questions in regards to not recasting? Or just keep it focused on "honoring him"
Taika had one this week. Coogler of course did it when BP dropped.
As I said. I really wish the Recast movement can make a statement before the film hits where it forces the media to ask those kind of questions. Dont make it a bunch of softball questions.
Edit: Watching that clip from the movie I sort of forgot how well the action was directed in that car chase scene. How the camera moves from inside the car to outside where T'Challa is. The prior 3rd act action beats are so underrated about that film.
