That's criminal that Swad was beaten out by Coates run and Hudlins not even on the list barely.

Coates seems low. But the rest is fine.

TBF, it is an imperfect way to "rank" comics because people are only choosing their top 10 ever.

So honestly, to even get a single vote is HARD.

You would get more nuance with a "rank your top 25 in order!" but that would be incredibly difficult to tabulate and frankly not worth my/others time for a free hobby thing.


To be completely honest looking at all the results right now... the top 44 comics on the list I could easily go "yup, I see it" on all of them except 1 (the current Eternals event made the top 44 which is pure recency bias). They are all pretty well known runs that get brought up frequently.

That could be building on the upcoming BP arc where it seems T’Challa will fight the Avengers. Maybe it gets a tie-in with Quesada involved? Makes the most sense to me, Ridley’s been playing up the tension lately between T’Challa and Cap so maybe we get a one shot or something.

Or maybe something entirely separate that relates to the Cap/BP WWII game?

Something similar to this theme would have been great for the first movie's teaser and official trailers. It's a shame they went with more of a hip-hop angle back then.

This dude Fredick Joseph really came up after Black Panther.

I do think that knowing they werent recasting T'Challa. Why not push for a male story so young boys can look up to something with his book. The movie is going to be very much female centered.
