It’s better then the last one I’d add QDJ. More less make it a BP team up book. One arc BP, ODJ, Warbird, V would go on a mission with Misty, Black Widow, Sam/Cap & WS

Another arc it would be BP, Tosin, QDJ, Shuri, Steve/Cap, Ironman, Ironheart, Ms.Marvel

Another arc would be BP, Warbird, Okoye, K.Cole, Hulk, She Hulk, Cho Hulk & Miles

Another BP, Shuri, QDJ, Warbird, Tosin, Spectrum, Blue Marvel, Carol & War Machine
And so on..

Well, they're all Wakandan related so that's good. I would replace Tosin with Okoye though.

Yeah I would wait till after we figure out what's going on with all these OCs before giving them space where more established characters can occupy.
