I agree for the most part. I think there are plenty actors that are still box office draws. And some that are yet to be, but will be.

Sounds like he's not leading again but at least he's back. T'Challa losing leadership of the Avengers for an arc that's a C+ is disappointing.

So, Cap throws shade at T'Challa because reasons. How much do you want to bet that this new "colonizer" will take out the IGEW on his way here?
Can't be a BP book without throwing shade T'Challa's way.

This would be a good way to make use of the empire but not expecting it to happen. More likely the empire will be ignored I don't want it to get destroyed because then Ridley or some other writer would use it for another T'Challa is a bad leader story.

So he only left for, like, five minutes? Unless this has nothing to do with Aaron's run.

No, it's John Ridley's current run, which has as its overarching plot the repercussions of T'Challa seeding the world with secret agents to infiltrate various nations he perceived as potential threats to Wakanda, particularly given that those agents were being hunted down and killed. After suspecting that a traitor to Wakanda is behind the killings, T'Challa himself is accused by the Hatut Zeraze of being the traitor to Wakanda and put under house arrest, only to escape and go on the run because T'Challa betraying Wakanda in any way, shape, or form is and would be a transparent frameup. As such, he's also left the Avengers to focus on exposing the conspiracy against Wakanda, which smart money here says is being secretly masterminded by Hunter/White Wolf, T'Challa's adoptive brother and erstwhile leader of the Hatut Zeraze.

If we are lucky, Aaron could be allowed to bring him back in the team after the current Avengers arc in order to coincide once again with what Ridley is doing.

But Digi... You say that like it's a BAD thing...

Though I will say that I don't care for the first part of it. I don't like how we can't get anything positive about T'Challa from people. Dude deserves to get treated properly by these writers

Yeah this is a isht tier story and not at all worth T'Challa leaving the Avengers especially as he was leading it, for such a low stakes, who gives a frak weak ass story like what we got.

As for the IGEW. Can't be a bad leader if it happens the same way
Morlun wrecked M'Baku. Just have it done that way because, the current IGEW is trash

What Ridley’s doing is just okay. I’ve got a few gripes with it. TChalla is written way better in Avengers apart from what’s going on in BP.

Meh, I’ll take it as somewhat of a W. Hopefully the IGEW can be used in some capacity.

Starting with issue #9, Black Panther will pull back from Wakanda and focus on the larger, intergalactic threat of the Colonialist, whose means and methods have not yet been revealed.

A new marvel game is coming possibly for mobile and from what I’ve heard it’s a card game. Some BP characters that will be featured:
    T’Challa
    Shuri
    Killmonger
    Klaw
    M’Baku
    Okoye

I don’t care if he’s the leader anymore. If he’s written as the "the most dangerous man alive" he doesn’t need to be.

Igew is a big feat. It’s like the cosmic version of Microsoft buying activision blizzard. It just needs work.

EMH was the best version of T'challa on the Avengers imho.

Loyal to the team, willing to sacrifice himself... but not afraid at all to just F off and do what he wants if he thinks its best... without telling anyone lol
