Kang doesn't have any powers and relies entirely on his suit which isn't really that powerful compared to Thor or Hulk.

Kang suit and smarts puts him the same level as Thor and Hulk. Kang fights the full main avengers all the time. Every bad guy takes Ls. He was always an Avengers main villain along with Ultron

Judge’s voice was fine when in the habit but out of it, it didn’t match with the face they gave T’Challa.
