It's probably supposed to be short sleeved spandex. It's not uncommon for Iceman's uniform to be completely hidden when he's iced up, but that's been common attire for him in recent years.

The 80's Spidey cartoons as well as the Stan Lee newspaper strip seemed to treat him as a reoccurring Spider-man foe. I was actually quite surprised to learn he was an FF enemy when I finally started collecting comics. Originally Posted by Frontier

Maybe that's Earth-65's 2099? We know by issue 3 she ends up in the 1950s, so there is time travel and not just multiverse travel involved.
