Indeed, and the consequences of it reverberated through the next couple of Avengers movies, which I appreciated, even if I thought there could or should have been more shown in his and Steve's reconciliation in Endgame before the Time Heist.

Indeed. Still a bit disappointed that deleted scene with Tony in the Soul Stone meeting a grown-up version of his daughter Morgan didn't make it in there. Would have been sweet, too.

I too thought that Tony and Cap should have gotten more time to reconcile in Endgame. There was so much left unsaid.

I really wish that scene got left in. Just showing Tony die like that made me feel even worse. They should have shown him meeting his daughter and getting his well deserved reward.

Yeah, especially since the tension between was still raw when Tony got back to Earth.

Yeah that's pretty much what we got. At the beginning of Endgame were Tony told Steve that he wasn't there when he needed him, I thought for sure that we would see them come to terms later on in the movie, but like you said we got what we got.
