No. It says that Logan can't(shouldn't) kill the Omega possessed Itsu at this point of the timeline, otherwise the consequence would be that his son would never be born -Jean warns him. At least that's how I've read it.

Kind of a side bar topic but does anyone else listen to instrumental music while reading comics? I've got the soundtrack for "The Last of Us 2" and it goes really well with some of the darker titles that I enjoy like Wolverine obviously. Oddly enough I don't like listening to songs while reading but the scores for movies and video games really can change the experience for me.
