Anyway, after watching both trailers, anybody else liking Aldis Hodge as John Stewart GL more than what we've seen of him as Hawkman? Or is it just me? Cause he seems to be more into it as John Stewart than Hawkman.

I think he would play a better John Stewart than play as a better Hawkman. Some here were advocating him to play John Stewart in a cinematic movie some years ago.

He was my original pick for Black Panther.

I think I'm the only one who wasn't immediately 100% sold on his performance as John, but that might be because of how choppy the performances in trailers can come off.

My only issue with him as Hawkman is that he's not shirtless and the suit is kind of a little extra.

Although it's ironic that we're having John and Hawkman compete again .
