True, but John was seen on a Batman spinal cover as well. So it's possible we may get a John Stewart animated solo movie for the first time.

He's going to appear at the very least (as well as Sinestro and Hawkgirl).

Oh yeah I'm sure of that, but you don't think he may be the lead?

I think he could be but prominence on the spine art doesn't always equate to lead character status.

Since the solicits are coming out probably tomorrow, I'm wondering what's the next story arc going to be like and what kind of role John will play?

Looking forward to reading Green Lantern next week.

I hope this is true. But a Justice League without Superman or Batman still sounds weird to me ngl.

They already cast John for the Snyder Cut. Just get that guy and continue from there.

Hope Stewart gets more involved with the United Planet politicking because that’s the side of the book that interests me the most.

That's speculation, but I believe it to be educated speculation.

That said, that doesn't necessarily mean whatever Ray Fisher said is false. It may be, or it may not be, but he apparently feels he has a lot less to lose by saying it.
Also, the people who were really pushing for Cyborg were Johns and DiDio (even if it was just token service) and they either got canned or had their power severely diminished. So, new administration + box office failure, which likely led to new administration is what I feel did in Cyborg's "push",
    IMO.
I’ve said ever since the early days of the new 52 that John Stewart should’ve been the one getting a major push. I’m glad it’s finally happening especially with millennial nostalgia being the hottest thing right now. I just hate that it had to come at the expend of another Black character.

That's what I'm most hoping for. I would love to see more cosmic politics.

Yeah, it’s be cool seeing John work with the UP in the same way Mass Effect’s Shepherd works with the Citadel.

Very strong supporter of the Mass Effect-ion of DC Cosmic. Also John would benefit a lot from having some more Renegade in his personality
