I remember..
Hazard and his blakc op team
Dr. Villian.
Skorpio.
White Bunny.
Rift (but that was more a multiverse menace)
Atlas (the one from Kirby's First Issue).
Crash, his brother (Nat's father)...

and several Superman rogues than also opposed to John Henry, such as Lex Luthor, Brainiac, Doomsday and Manchester Black.

I’m iffy on a big buff orange lady after seeing how bad the CGI was for someone similar over on The Flash . Depends on how they use her I suppose, still skeptical on how they can handle big CGI fights.

What are the best CGI CW fights in your opinion? I know the Flash vs. RF ones were good but I’m struggling to think of anything on the level of what Superman vs. Doomsday would demand.

Fight choreography hasn't been great in cw shows..Cgi or no cgi. They had parasite and king shark.

Flash vs Grodd and King Shark, King Shark vs Grodd, Supergirl vs Warsuit Lex, Flash vs Savitar, etc.
